Of a nice structure, the silky tannins are well integrated. The flavors are fruity and spicy, the acidity discreet. An honest wine, with typicity of this grape variety, pleasant to drink.

Serve with lamb or veal, and even tofu. This wine also pairs very well with cured meats, barbecue, mechoui, and cheeses.
