This quite new appellation (2009) allows for a greater liberty in winemaking compared to the appellation system. It is a great opportunity for our winemaker to express his skills with a wine with a steady style and unique personality.

Notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, and spices.
Mouth :
Ripe fruit, rich and silky, with good concentration.
Service :
Perfect with grilled meats, Provencal or Italian cuisine, as well as with cheeses. Serve between 15° and 16°C.
