Vin de France can be produced throughout the whole of France using grapes harvested exclusively within its borders. This quite new appellation (2009) allows for a greater liberty in winemaking compared to the appellation system. It is a great opportunity for our winemaker to express his skills with a wine with a steady style and unique personality.

Bright red with purple highlights.
Nose :
Vegetal flavors with nice fruity notes (black berries).
Mouth :
Sunny, rich and well-balanced, this wine presents intense black fruit aromas. Silky tannins with a nice persistent finish.
Service :
Ideal with grilled or marinated poultry dishes, red meats with Mediterranean vegetables, a leg of lamb with rosemary. Serve between 15° and 16°C.
