Country :

AREA OF PRODUCTION: The area covers a surface of about 6,000 hectares and is located on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, stretching over 51 villages between Vaison La Romaine in the north and Apt in the south. The Mont Ventoux, called « the giant of Provence » is considered the highest interior mountain of France peaking at 1,912 m above the sea level. The vinification and ageing took place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruity aromas. Maceration lasted 3 weeks to ensure the best circulation of aromas and tannins.
