Vins de France can be produced throughout the whole of France using grapes harvested exclusively within its borders. This quite new appellation (2009) allows for a greater liberty in winemaking compared to the appellation system. It is a great opportunity for our winemaker to express his skills with a wine with a steady style and unique personality.

Ruby red with beautiful intensity.
Nose :
Aromas of green pepper and blackcurrant with a hint of dark chocolate.
Mouth :
Elegant and supple wine with lovely, concentrated flavours. The tannins are well-integrated and pleasant.
Service :
Enjoy with grilled poultry or poultry in sauce, red meat with Mediterranean vegetables, or a roasted leg of lamb. Serve between 15° and 16°C.
