Medici Ermete was founded in 1890 by Remigio Medici, who owned three taverns along the commercial Via Emilia. His goal was to enhance the value of his family’s vineyard s in the Enza Valley. His son Ermete expanded the business and strengthened its reputation. Later, Valter and Giorgio took the brand international, laying the foundation for the globally recognized Medici Ermete name.
